Our story starts with a little house built in 1912. Okay, maybe we’ll speed ahead 95 years when a man bought that old house and soon after he found a woman who fell in love with him and his little old house. Together this man and woman spent many days and hours working to remodel this house and building their relationship. Both took a lot of blood, sweat and tears. In 2011 the little old house on Leissner Street became Mr. & Mrs. Zitelman’s home sweet home. Together they continued to work on remodeling room by room and project by project. With each room and project the two learned more about that their quirky old house and each other. A few projects in, the couple decided to bring home a spry little buff cocker spaniel. Hunter, or “Puppers”, added a whole new dynamic to their home sweet home. In the fall of 2014 the couple finished the last major project of that little old house, the parlor. Of course there would continue to be projects here and there, but the major remodeling on the house was finally done. So the couple decided to tackle a new project, parenthood. In August of 2015 they welcomed their son, John Farren Zitelman, into the world. John became a quick eager helper inside and outside that little old house. Next came a few birds and small projects before they decided to become a family of four. In August of 2017 they welcomed their daughter, Abigail Elizabeth Rose Zitelman. And the rest is still being written.
